J/ContourGeo

Java Toolkit for Surface Display

 

J/ContourGeo, an optional component of J/GeoToolkit, provides methods to extract and display contour levels out of a grid whose node values correspond to a surface. J/ContourGeo is well-tailored to applications in the geoscience industry and features full support for faults and discontinuous surfaces.

J/ContourGeo provides support for handling missing values in input grids. The output of J/ContourGeo can be inserted as a layer in any J/CarnacPro display. Interactive editing of color ramp for contour levels is provided through the colormap editor in J/CarnacPro.
