INT Debuts New Java Contouring Tool

Houston, TX (June 16, 2000): Interactive Network Technologies, Inc. (INT), the leading developer of high performance graphics toolkits, announced the release of J/Contour, a Java toolkit that provides support for rendering contour displays of gridded data.

Used in conjunction with J/CarnacPro, J/Contour's display options include filled color contours, color and monochrome contour lines, and annotated contour lines. Editing of color contours is provided through the colormap editing functionality in J/CarnacPro. Contour displays generated with J/Contour can be inserted as a layer in the J/CarnacPro viewing subsystem, allowing application developers to compose complex views from multiple data sources.

A 30-day evaluation of J/Contour is available. For more information on J/Contour visit www.int.com or email intinfo@int.com.
