INT and GPLUS Energy Sign an Agreement for the Exclusive Distribution of INT's Products in Brazil

Houston, TX (November 4, 2004): Interactive Network Technologies, Inc. (INT) today marked its official entry into the high-growth Brazilian market by the signature of an exclusive distribution agreement with GPlus Energy, facilitating access by E&P companies to INT's complete products designed for software engineers and E&P data analysts, and managers.

INT's software offering includes Carnac for 2D graphic visualization, CarnacGIS, a package of tools for map visualization and display request, GeoToolkit, a specialized component package for E&P developers, and J/View3DPro, a framework for Java 3D graphic visualization.

Carnac toolkits provide rich and powerful environments for the development of sophisticated graphic applications, featuring flexible hardcopy output and unparalleled performance.

CarnacGIS enables developers to create interactive map viewing and spatial data analysis functions inside their own applications. New applications built with CarnacGIS components are easily interfaced with existing systems to advance and expand their functionality while preserving prior investments in data and infrastructure.

GeoToolkit consists of a complete suite of components combining Seismic, Well Log and Contour libraries allowing developers to create and deploy sophisticated data visualization and analysis technology.

J/View3DPro is a powerful and high-performance framework that extends Java 3D capabilities, simplifying the development of sophisticated 3D visualization applications enabling 2D developers to quickly become productive in a 3D environment without direct experience in DirectX/OpenGL.

INT also provides viewers for browser-based display of well log and WITSML data, and recently released a new application, INTViewer, which offers a cross-platform solution for local or remote viewing of integrated geophysical, geological, and model data.

"INT is pleased to enter the sophisticated and highly demanding Brazilian market with such an established and recognized partner as GPlus.", says Olivier Lhemann, president of INT. "By the integration of INT's line of products with its high-end hardware portfolio, GPlus intends to pursue its strategy of delivering high-value solutions to its customers, combining tools and ready-to-use application to optimize developers' and geoscientists' productivity, fun and creativity.", says Marc de Buyl, managing director of GPlus.
