INT Releases GeoToolkit.NET 2.1

Houston, TX. (April 5, 2006): Interactive Network Technologies, Inc. (INT), a leading developer of high performance graphics components, announces availability of GeoToolkit.NET 2.1. Specifically designed for the Microsoft® .NET environment, GeoToolkit.NET delivers high performance graphics capabilities for Oil and Gas E&P applications being developed in the C# language.

Developed for data visualization in upstream Oil and Gas, GeoToolkit.NET is a package of C# libraries including support for specialized Seismic, WellLog, and Contour displays. GeoToolkit.NET also provides cutting edge features such as multi-language support, simplified web support, and sophisticated vector object handling. Scaled display and hardcopy (including CGM output) are provided. GeoToolkit components promote reusability and consistency across applications and allow developers to focus on their core technologies rather than spend time writing data displays.

Some of the highlights for this new release include:

  • Globalization and localization support
  • Support for scalable (true-scale) hardcopy
  • Improved performance with SEG-Y data
  • IDE design-time support for many controls and components
  • New demos and tutorials
