INT Rounds out Graphics Library Offering with New Java 3D Software
(September 14, 1998): Interactive Network Technologies,
Inc. (INT), the leading developer of high performance Java based graphics
solutions and software for the Exploration & Production (E&P)
Industry, announced today that it will preview its new Java 3D visualization
toolkit, J/View3D, at the INT booth (#2323) at the SEG in New Orleans.
J/View3D toolkit, based on Sun’s Java 3D, is designed to simplify the
process of building 3D scientific visualization applications under Java.
This toolkit provides a set of high-level classes that allow programmers
to quickly build complex 3D visualization applications.

for the Java platform. Utilizing Sun Microsystem’s new Swing™ graphical user interface
(GUI), the J/GeoToolkit is tailored for petroleum Exploration & Production
(E&P) applications and contains tools for seismic displays, logs, contours
